Filé Mignon assado

 

Use 1kg para 5 pessoas.

 

Ingredientes

 

  • 1 kg de filé mignon
  • Alho e sal a gosto
  • Mostarda (aquela cheia de sementinha)
  • Vinho tinto
  • 2 calices de cointreau

 

 

Cortar a peça em dois e deixar inteira. Amassar um pouquinho de alho, misturar no sal e passar no filet. Passar a mostarda (aquela cheia de sementinha) em todo o filet. Colocar na travessa

Colocar um pouco de vinho tinto. Forno médio por uns 30 minutos. A cada dez minutos, colocar mais um pouco de vinho tinto e testar a maciez e o cozimento do filet. Depois de pronto, dois cálices de cointreau e mais dez minutos de forno.
